Designed to fit around the interior of your Tourneo Custom. This design utilises the factory sound and thermal Insulation saving you thousands on conversion costs.
Cut-to-fit mattresses and upholstery are available on request. The conversion offers a large sliding drawer cupboard, 2 cupboards, an extremely large boot space and a bed.
It can be fully used with the rear bench (two individual seats from 2018 onwards) seat in place and the additional single seat can be added as needed.
With 2nd-row bench seats folded forward, cupboards can be easily accessed.
The whole structure is secured directly to the vehicle’s chassis (via the rear seat mounts) meaning there is no damage to the factory interior trim, and also is extremely sturdy and secure.
All kits include edging trim, brackets, hinges, struts and drawer hinges.
Made from Ekoply (sustainable recycled plastic ply) and 15mm plywood. Pack/Installation does not include any electrical fittings, fridge, flooring or mattress.
IMPORTANT: This interior will only fit in a Standard configuration Ford Tourneo Custom LWB with the standard rear seat configuration. If you are uncertain, please get in touch.
NOTE: Currently this design is only available for collection with a 4-6 week lead time from the time of order. All units are preassembled and can be installed in a couple of hours while you wait.
