The Orbvans Story

Orbvans was created with a simple goal: to make campervan ownership more accessible, affordable and practical.

Many campervan conversions require a dedicated vehicle, significant expense and permanent modifications. Orbvans takes a different approach.

Our Flexible, Modular & Removable (FMR) systems allow customers to transform their everyday van into a comfortable camper when needed, while retaining the practicality of a work, family or daily-use vehicle.

Designed and built in the UK, every Orbvans system is developed with a focus on durability, simplicity and versatility. The modular design allows customers to start with a removable bed system and add storage, drawer or cupboard modules as their needs evolve.

Today, Orbvans systems are fitted to a wide range of popular vans including the Ford Transit Custom, Tourneo Custom, VW Transporter, Mercedes Vito, Renault Trafic and Vauxhall Vivaro.

The Orbvans system was developed through real-world experience converting and using vans.

One of the biggest challenges we discovered was that no two vans are exactly the same. Different manufacturers, wheelbases, trim levels and model variants all create unique layouts and dimensions. Many camper conversion products are designed around a single vehicle and can be difficult to adapt if your needs change.

This led us to develop a more flexible approach.
