Cancellation of Goods and Returns

 

1.1 Orbvans (Trading name of Orbcycle Limited)   fully complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. As a customer you are given 14 days upon signing for a product to cancel or terminate your contract for any reason/reasons you may have, any risk, loss and damage of products passes to you hereafter, therefore under those circumstances no liability shall be taken for products damaged or missing.

1.2 It is your responsibility to check all goods within the 14-day period and notify us via phone or email with your order reference number and inform us of any loss, damage or missing goods to your order. Orbvans (Trading name of Orbcycle Limited)  will be more than happy to replace your product/parts at no extra cost to the customer. Orbvans (Trading name of Orbcycle Limited) will however not accept the return of products which have been assembled.
